These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nom Land mobile application (“App”), provided by developer Anna Zamorii. By downloading, installing, or using the App from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other distribution platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer the App
• Use the App for unlawful or harmful activity
• Sell or sublicense access to the App

2. Age restriction

The app is not intended for children under 13 years old. By using Nom Land you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 13 you must parental consent to use the app

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Nom Land offers both free and premium features. Users can subscribe to get unlimited access.

If you purchase a subscription:

• Payments are processed through the platform from which you downloaded the App, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period (or as required by the applicable platform)
• Pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms are displayed at the point of purchase within the App store listing or subscription screen
• Subscription management, upgrades, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings
• We do not collect, store, or process your payment information directly

Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform provider (Apple or Google Play). Requests must be made directly through the respective platform.

4. User Data and Storage

Any data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for managing your device and data.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
