These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DoCook mobile application (“App”), provided by developer Anna Zamorii. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer the App
• Use the App for unlawful or harmful activity
• Sell or sublicense access to the App

2. Age restriction

The app is not intended for children under 13 years old. By using DoCook you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 13 you must parental consent to use the app

3. Subscriptions and Payments

DoCook offers both free and premium features. Users can subscribe to get unlimited access.

If you purchase a subscription:

• Payments are handled by the App Store
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Pricing and renewal terms are displayed in the app
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your App Store account
• We do not handle or store payment details
• Refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies. Users who want to refund must request it directly through the Apple App Store

4. User Data and Storage

Any data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for managing your device and data.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
